1. Introduction

Olib AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates StealthOS, a privacy-focused application for iOS devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our application and website (stealthos.app). By using StealthOS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

StealthOS is designed with privacy as its core principle. The application operates entirely on your device with no external API connections for core functionality.

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

Browsing history or activity
Files stored within the application
Passwords or credentials stored in Password Manager
AI conversation data or prompts
Voice recordings or transcriptions
Messages sent via Pool Chat
Personal identification information through the app
Location data
Device identifiers for tracking purposes
Network traffic captured in NetMap

2.2 On-Device Processing

All AI features, including the AI Assistant, security scanning, and voice transcription, are powered by Apple Intelligence (iOS 26+), CoreML, and Apple's built-in frameworks (NaturalLanguage, Speech, Foundation Models). This processing occurs entirely on your device's Neural Engine. No data is sent to external servers for AI processing.

2.3 Local Peer-to-Peer Communication

Connection Pool and Pool Chat use Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework for direct device-to-device communication via WiFi or Bluetooth. All messages are end-to-end encrypted using Curve25519 key exchange and AES-256-GCM encryption. We have no access to, visibility into, or record of these communications. No data passes through our servers.

2.4 Website Analytics

Our website (stealthos.app) may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to improve user experience. This does not include personal identification information and is not linked to app usage.

2.5 Optional Network Features

If you choose to use optional features such as VPN, Tor, proxy connections, or custom DNS, these connections are initiated by you and governed by the respective third-party service providers' privacy policies. We do not log or monitor these connections.

2.6 App Store and Subscription Data

If you purchase a Premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive only anonymous confirmation of subscription status. We do not receive your payment details, Apple ID, or other personal information.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data created within StealthOS is stored locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption. This includes:

Files saved in the encrypted file manager
Passwords and credentials in Password Manager (with additional field-level encryption)
TOTP secrets for two-factor authentication
Notes, documents, and voice recordings
AI conversation history
Browser data (bookmarks, history, downloads)
Device fingerprint profiles
SSH host credentials (stored in iOS Keychain)
NetMap session recordings
Application settings and preferences

We do not have access to this encrypted data. Your encryption key is stored in the iOS Keychain and never leaves your device. If you delete the application or lose your device, this data cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.

Important: There is no password recovery mechanism. If you forget your StealthOS password and have not enabled biometric authentication, your encrypted data will be inaccessible.

4. Third-Party Services

StealthOS integrates with certain third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Apple Services: Apple Intelligence, CoreML, NaturalLanguage, Speech, Foundation Models, and MultipeerConnectivity frameworks are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
Tor Network: If you choose to use Tor (via Orbot or custom proxy), connections are governed by the Tor Project's policies
VPN Providers: Any VPN configuration you add is governed by that provider's policies
DNS Providers: Custom DNS (Cloudflare, Google, Quad9, OpenDNS) are governed by their respective privacy policies
SSH Servers: Remote servers you connect to via SSH have their own privacy and logging practices
Websites You Visit: When browsing, websites you visit have their own privacy practices

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. Children's Privacy

StealthOS is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Your Rights and Data Control

Because StealthOS processes data locally on your device and we do not collect personal data:

You have full control over all data stored in the application
You can delete all data by uninstalling the application
You can export or manage your data within the application (e.g., export AI conversations)
You can clear browser data, history, and cached content at any time
No data access requests to us are necessary as we don't hold your data

GDPR, CCPA, and Similar Regulations: Since we do not collect, store, or process your personal data on our servers, the traditional data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are exercised directly through the application on your device. We have no personal data to provide, correct, or delete because we never receive it.

7. Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device and retained until you delete it. We do not retain any user data on our servers because we do not collect it.

Browser history and data are retained until you clear them or enable "Clear Data on Exit"
Files are retained until you delete them from File Manager
AI conversations are retained until you delete them
All data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the application

8. Security Measures

StealthOS implements multiple layers of security to protect your data:

Keychain Storage: Sensitive credentials stored in iOS Keychain with hardware security
End-to-End Encryption: Pool Chat uses Curve25519 key exchange and AES-256-GCM
Password Protection: Optional lock screen with password or biometric authentication
Field-Level Encryption: Password Manager applies additional encryption to credential fields
Secure Memory: Sensitive data is cleared from memory when not in use

Security depends on factors outside our control, including your device security and password strength
Third-party components, Apple frameworks, or the iOS operating system may contain vulnerabilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate security measures on your device, using strong passwords, and backing up important data. StealthOS is available globally through the Apple App Store. Since all data processing occurs locally on your device, there are no international data transfers to our servers.
